desk was sure dusty after one & half week of not being there. been busy lately. there are a few crazy retailers calls today and some of them just have power to be snorty/smart ass! but still the decision is final- DEALS DECLINED!

having our performance review tomorrow. while typing this, kinda feel lucky that i am with FAI Finance (under Hanvoer Group)

Performance review: 6 monthly ( Financial year end June and Dec)

Bonuses ( depending on company profits of cos): 6 monthly ( June and Dec)

Pay review: only once a year at the end of each finanical yr- June

at least sth to look forward to while working. Colleagues are superb as well. The lending team that im in has 4 ladies and a guy( yet to start). Becos our manager is a lending/operations manager, we are very close to the operations team. my close buddies are both in lending & Ops team.

Then there is the collections team, Sales team and finance. And of cos our GM.

When our months sales target are met, GM will shout us morning tea and there will be piping hot sausage rolls, feta and cheese pizza, hand and cheese pizza and scones etc... when a meeting is held, if its in the morning, there will be breakfast, if it is at 4.30- there will be beers and snacks....

altho work is good, colleagues are wonderful n close friends.. i still have to drag myself to go there everyday.. hahaha! it is so hard for me to pull myself out of the bed to the bathroom. i dread hearing my mobile alarm go off. while at work, i wish i had taken leave and stay in bed with a window wide open, letting the cool breeze rush into our bedroom.
