looking back 2006:

1) bought a dog- Baxter. he is now my doggy. love him heaps
2) went back to singapore to attend Wei Min's wedding. spend two weeks in Spore
3) Wz and i bought our very own car
4) wz decided to go back to Uni to do his degree in electrical engineering
5) spend my bdae in Rotorua with Weizhong
6) went to Mt Ruapehu to ski with Wz. great time spend over there
7) realised that i have spend two years working for FAI
8) went to Hanover Xmas party.

9) Dad finally bought his toy- a BBQ set. having BBQ tmr night to welcome 2007- year of himself the piggy!

and of cos.. what are we doing to celebrate a new year 2007?! ZzzzZzzz....

day at work was SLOW. had bad "monthly" cramp. today was really bad. was for a minuite breaking out in cold sweat and was about to faint.....
waiting for wz to come back frm Matthew's place. had lunch with him yesterday and heard that one of their camp mates is no longer with his gf. sad coz they both went to aussie for further studies ... hmmm.. that girl is just a B.I.T.C.H. Met his gp of camp mates while we were in spore early this year. quite a fun gp of guys....

had brunch- porridge, luncheon meat, bean sprouts, and left over curry (weird combi) at 10.30

and then i went out and disturb Baxter...

reaaly hard to take a "perfect one" as Baxter is always moving and if u stay too close, he might just snap at u which really hurts....

4 more hours before heading to friend's place for xmas dinner- Turkey and ham...

like this pic but there is this really extra lady in the middle- Gretchen. She is our New Business Manager and only employs guys in her dept. she is on maternity leave now and will be back soon. BORING

whao! 2006 is almost history in 15 sleeps. Company did not do really well, or rather as planned BUT still we got our bonuses (yay!!!)
had our xmas function yesterday- held for the Hanover gp, rather grand and scary. photos are with Aubrey and Andrew. wz was drunknot really drunk as in ah siao... wonder why ppl will get themselves drunk? why keep drinking? isn't say 2 glasses enough? hmmm...

had bacterial infection in my right eye. came back at 9.30 am... :)

the very last month of 2006! its been 6 years since the new Millenium. How time flies.
this week, we celebrated my mum's and zac's bdae. ate at The Koreans seafood and BBq Buffet Restaurantfor my mum's bdae dinner and for zac, we had KFC! wat a difference.
had heaps of oysters yesterday. added cheese to some and the rest with garlic. not Raw but cooked. guess what the cost of oysters were. i think i had about 10 and so did my dad. they were FREE- NO COST!!! dad and zac went with church frens to some beach to pick the oysters. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE them. some were still tiny but there was a handful with considerable size as well. HUGE AS! and they were fresh!

okie.. i took leave on monday and went to have dim sum with wz. dim sum is served differently to SG and similar to those in HK. so they have old ladies pushing carts of hot food, shouting across the hall etc, and on each table there is this card to keep track of the no. of plates/foods u have. see below
whats the fourth word? is it "ci"? and why is the word there for?? "qing bao chi ka qing jie" sounds right to me but when they had the fourth word... i dun get it!!! explain!!
