my working life is so so crazy! taking those above u aside, i have those ever-idiotic retailers that i have to tolerate, and also those colleagues that think they are so smart and have the authority to do and decide on stuffs.. Tough, P-O!!!
was helping Aub and Min complying contracts that are sent back. spot sth wrong, called cust, called retailer and this blardy retailer- as stupid as he is, still thinks tht he is right! the deal on hand was supposed to be an interest free deal but bcos he is so stupid and is only interested in getting $$$, he puts down the deal as 24 months at 11% .... which is acutally his holdback rate!!! F*** sake man! i dun care about his holdback rate man!and he keeps telling me that its int FREE and that customer shd not be charged int bearing, and here i am trying to tell this IDIOTIC guy that he filled the form up wrongly, thus leading to my colleague writing the deal as an interest bearing.... the conversation gets nowhere and i asked him if he wants to speak to my team leader. transfer to A, and told her that he was on the line. A said to asked C, his account manager to give him a call... so i wanted to tell him that BUT i accidentally hung up his call.... he rang back... rah rah rah.. and told me that he doesn't enjoy being hung up on.. and he hung up, this time ON ME!!! hahah... guess he must be filling real good after that...
another deal came back and he did the same blardy mistake agian... really Screwed man
