been four days since i've started my new role... stresses, dumb, excited, sad- all kinds all feelings.... training wasn't properly done, she prob assume that i know how to use the internet based system LYNX.. but no... i only use FINPOWER and DESKBANK (Wpac system) in my previous role.. so im dropped there on the second day to die.. calls from retailers, customerscame flooding in, so i just navigate (trial and error) on the system... still not very sure but getting there...
having breakfast sponsored by my new (immeditae) boss as he is leaving.. YAY!!! and having lunch together with the whole operations team (including) my ex immeditae boss cos i sort of left that team..... but once ARoberts leave, she will be my boss again.. like her lots! having lunch at NOL BU NE!!! so nice!!! practically not much time left to work- that rox!
will be going thru my work later.... just brain storming about how i would go thru those applications and what to look out for and wheter to approv/ decline or approve the loan for only a certain amount.. hope i can gain up speed by next wk....
and guess what time i went to bed yest!? 8.30pm!!! thats so early ay! i feel so good....
