went to Piha Beach. the senic was really awesome. the road to the beach was really bad though, cos it was a hilly area and there are many sharp turns but still it was worth the trip. Mag told me of this beach b4. The sand are fine and black in colour..... and the waves are huge. Weizhong and Zac went to buy their surf boards. Going to the beach tmr to try it out again.
have uploaded some pics. it was taken when my whole family except my mum went for the countdown. we went with one of our mini singaporean gang Evan (its mini cos the other two has gone back to spore- Sarah and Mag). The countdown was really dumb so we loiter ard queen st and head for Esquries Cafe in the end.. and then went back to the countdown place BUT my dad said it was too crowded and we headed home... HAIZ... old ppl just can't take crowds. so in the end. we left our dad at home and went to Evan's house. When it was 12am, Evan and Weizhong went out of the house and shouted "happy new yr". really crazy! watched a crappy CD and then headed home.
:) nice hols! work starting on wed! whoo hoo!!!!
